Anime Tyler “Weekend” Passes are available for collection exclusively at the Registration Desk, starting on Friday evening, April 25th, 2025.

Day Passes will only be avalible the same day.

Passes must be picked up in person by the individual who made the purchase through our registration system. To collect your pass, you must present a valid ID, which may include a state-issued driver’s license, state ID, military ID, or a valid passport.

By registering for Anime Tyler, you confirm that you are either registering for yourself or have proper authorization to register on behalf of someone else. You also attest that the registration is genuine and that all the provided information is accurate.

Each registration is assigned to an individual, and that person must be present to collect their pass. To ensure the security of your information, we cannot release passes via email, phone calls, text messages, or video calls (e.g., FaceTime).

Kids under 10 years old must have a Child Pass and must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the premises. The accompanying adult must also hold a valid Adult registration.

Kids 10 and under are free but still require to be registered in our system to confirm they ware being accompanied by an guardian/adult.

Anime Tyler is not responsible for supervision of anyone attending the event. We recommend writing your information on the back of the KIDS pass for staff to contact is your child become lost or any emergency needs.

Attendees aged 11 to 16 must purchase a Weekend or Day Pass. They must also be accompanied by a guardian / adult while at the event.

No, Anime Tyler strictly prohibits the sharing of weekend or day passes. Each pass is intended solely for the person who purchased it. If anyone is found sharing passes, Anime Tyler, LLC reserves the right to revoke the pass and eject the individuals involved from the convention without a refund.

The resale of tickets (“scalping”) is illegal and will not be tolerated. If Anime Tyler, LLC determines that a ticket holder is violating this policy, their credentials, tickets, and wristbands will be canceled without a refund. Scalping or reselling, whether onsite, nearby, or online, is prohibited and will be strictly enforced and may result in leagal actions taken. 

Refunds may be requested within fifteen (15) days of purchase. (30) days prior to the event, there will be no refunds of any purchased passes. ( Any Refund Request MUST be before March 27, 2025)

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, you will need to provide an alternative. Refunds will be issued in the name provided at the time of registration. Please ensure that the address on file is accurate. If your address has changed, you must submit a valid ID that matches both the registration name and your current address for the refund to be processed.

In extraordinary cases, refunds outside the standard policy may be considered if substantiated by valid and verifiable extenuating circumstances. Anime Tyler reserves the right to assess the legitimacy of such requests and may require supporting documentation. Failure to provide adequate proof will result in the denial of the refund request.
